Hyper Strips™

Hyper Strip™ Products are unsurpassed in quality and reliability. The world’s first strip lighting for motorcycles is still the best! Hyper Strips™ feature oval-shaped, military grade LEDs. The lenses on the LEDs create a 70º x 30º angle of light dispersion. These lenses allow for excellent lateral glow; the light pattern from each bulb overlaps the next so you see no spotting effect, just a smooth, even glow. Hypers come pre-taped with exterior grade 3M VHB tape. When used with the 3M Promoter, they have outstanding adhesive power. Hyper Strips™ are totally flexible (they can actually be tied in a knot). They are conformal coated (dipped in a resin) to give them superior resistance to moisture.

Hyper Strip™: The full Hypers are 12 inches long, feature 18 oval-shaped, military grade LEDs. They are designed to fit up under the lip of a gas tank on a big twin Harley (or another bike with a similar gas tank configuration). They come in pairs with a right- and left-hand strip so that you can get excellent lighting coverage with only two wires coming off the back of the tank. Hypers have 24 inch leads with quick-disconnect Molex connectors so that when the tank has to come off for service, the lights can simply be unplugged. A tri-connector will supply the ‘female’ side of the plug. Some installers opt to eliminate (cut off) the Molex plugs and use the Lever Lock system to make their wiring connections instead.

Hyper Sixes: are 3 inches long, feature 6 bulbs, and come with 40” leads. Hyper Sixes are used behind horn covers and air cleaner back plates, etc. Right-hand Sixes (the wire comes off the other side) are available for use on the right side of a rear fender so that the wires will both come forward (and not have to be looped back around).

Mini Hypers: are 1½ inches long, feature 3 bulbs, and have 40” leads.
